System Description
Intelligent Screw Operation – A PC-based screw machine system developed based on the WIN10 system,
adding the following functions to the original screw machine's basic functions:
- Point-to-point teaching: CAD coordinate import, manual teaching;
- Optional: Supports barcode scanning: Reads product barcodes and QR codes; (Barcode scanner required)
- Optional: Supports MES connection: Uploads production data to the server via network connection;
- Features production statistics and traceability functions: Automatically saves data for each screw fastening operation and allows for querying and exporting XLS files;
- Operation permissions: Multi-user, multi-level permission management; Intelligent electric screwdriver parameter reading and screw fastening detection functions: Electric screwdriver waveform reading, float detection, local CVS data saving, data saving, intelligent detection functions (detection of missing screws, float, and stripped threads);
